Excellent and helpful customer service!!

John was extremely helpful & courteous. Prices were very reasonable

I was replacing two PTAC units in my apartments and they very helpful and very honest on which units would work best for my apartments. I was very pleased and satisfied with the units. The prices were very reasonable. And the PTAC units are made with good quality. I will definitely be buying from this company again.

Price was very reasonable and my unit works well. Very pleased. Thank you PTAC4Less!

I had a great experience with PTAC4Less. On the open market, PTAC units became difficult to aquire and there was a significant increase in pricing. PTAC4Less had both new and reconditioned units available at very reasonable prices. Unit delivery was on also uneventful.

I have been more than impressed with Ptac’s for less. Not only did they Ship a really excellent product to us, It came packaged nicely and palletized so easier for us to move about the hospital. Their return setup is great for the non-working that we have and they gave us an excellent price on the old units. Not only that, the items that we need to package and palletize the old units were sent to us in a rapid fashion. We are going to need at least 60 more units, so I'm sure that we will do business with them again. The transaction was nice, the prices were excellent. And the guarantee is great for a refurbished product.

Great shipping options, and the refurb unit I purchased is still working great.

All units were in good working order., an they were a great value for what we do ,, as we bought 12 units. Thanks PTAC for less
