I accidentally ordered duplicates of some items and didn’t realise until I had already paid - customer service was super helpful and refunded and cancelled the extra items within the day!

In the beginning I was concerned because there was no information on shipping, but I got the info I needed once I got in touch with them. It took a while to arrive but it was really good quality and as described in the pictures. So very satisfied with the clothes, i think what can be improved is the communication, but all in all good experience!

Due to the high price of the jackets, I put the item on klarna and the website proceeded to take my money and say there was an error with my payment. I have not received a reciept or anything saying that this jacket will arrive so now I’m completely lost. Would not buy from this website at all.
