Great product. Terrible shipping. I ordered on Sept 1. I got an email stating my order was being packed and getting ready for shipping that same day. I received no tracking number. I looked up my order on the website and it said the shipping label was printed on sept 5. On sept 7 I reached out to customer support. They (Victoria) said it was scheduled to be shipped very soon. Long story short, it’s now Sept 14 and they STILL have not shipped my order. I asked for my case to be escalated to someone higher up. Nope. I’ve now missed my scheduled dose. Now I’ve got to start the dosage schedule all over. My first order was shipped very fast so I I figured this time would be the same. Very very frustrating.

So far my experience with this company has been less than great. I had to email them two or three times before I got a response about the late shipping. Because the website does say two day shipping. I was really confused because my order came a week and a half later. When the order arrived, everything was in the package, however when I began to reconstitute my Reta. I followed all the steps with room temperature Reta and BAC water, and the product still came out, milky with some strange sediment in it. This morning I emailed the company to see if they could rectify this issue by sending me a new vile or just giving me a refund. I have yet to hear back from them, but will update once I do.

I am very happy with the product. Victoria has been great letting me know it was coming Even if it was late. This is not a scam. This is legit peptides. The shipping is just slow Over all 5 stars

This will be long - So I'm sorry This was my first time ordering research products, and unfortunately I picked the wrong company. I was enamored by how easy they made starting up, they sold everything and had good prices. After putting in an order, I started reading comments and felt uneasy about the company and product. When I happened across PSP, I thought their website looked very put together. Well, lesson learned, don't judge a book by its cover. Upon further inspection, I noticed some odd things. They used to have a coach, Brandon Johnson, you could have a 1-on-1 call with for assistance. They also had "his" picture on their website, but it was an AI generated image. They later removed the picture. I just confirmed reviews on here are being flagged and removed (my old one included), the amount of reviews went down and their rating went from 4.0 to 4.4. Next, their COA company they use, NA Dianostics, looks odd. The website was similarly put together as PSPs', and their phone number, even though the address is in Texas, was a New Jersey phone number, where PSP is located. Also, their address was some random parking lot. They don't seem legit and I'm guessing they are related. So after reading everything, getting uncomfortable, I emailed them (they don't have a phone number listed on their site, and the Trustpilot phone number says they are closed 100% of the time). I just wanted to cancel the order after everything, that email was never responded to. I then emailed again and I did recieve a nice email from a girl named Victoria. She honestly is probably the only customer service they have and is carrying this company! I got the confirmation that my order will be canceled. Though, they still sent the package. I sent it right back and am currently waiting for a refund process. For reference I ordered 8/25, and received my package 9/8. I never opened it so I don't know if they got the product right. The company is not a scam, BUT it's a pretty questionable business and it seems people tend to have different experiences with them. Use your best judgment. Update: After over a week of still not receiving a refund, after the package was delivered back to them, I had to email Victoria to let her know I still did not see the refund. Thankfully she checked into it and a refund started processing right away on my card. I just got my funds back today, 3 weeks after the initial purchase. So, again, the company isn't a scam in the sense of stealing money, but it's like pulling teeth to get anything done.
