I had a severe anaphylactic reaction to the SemaCagri that I was sent in place of Cagri (wrong product and no explanation to begin with, so I should’ve known something was off) Have been in and out of the hospital dealing with biphasic reactions and side effects for the last week, and I’m still not 100% well. This has never happened with any other products I’ve ordered from other suppliers. Very very scary and disappointing.

This company is total garbage. I do not recommend anyone to order from them. I had placed an order of two glutathione 1500 mg vials along with the BAC water.  when I received my package, the powder was all mixed up and not contained intact. I had messaged them and let them know this and even sent them pictures. We went back-and-forth for over a week and then they told me they would send me two new vials. I just mixed my new vial with my new BAC water that I purchased through another peptide company. This glutathione I mixed is cloudy and looks like a milky consistency. Definitely will NOT be using either vials! Going to be pitching both of these and ordering from another trusted website who I have been going through! I honestly do not know how they have 4.5 stars?? That is just crazy to me. Obviously the peptides I received the second time are definitely defective and unsafe to use because of their appearance. This peptide should be clear, not milky and cloudy. If anyone would like to see pics, I am more than happy to provide them for you! 

to start with, they promise 2-3 day shipping. it took two weeks! i purchased the 40mg retatrutide and nowhere on their site does it have instructions for 40mg. there is also not a number you can call. email exchanges were very awkward. i’m new to this and was intimidated about the process and like if direction or assistance.

I would give a zero if I could. The pn that I received was plastic and looked like a toy. I am in the process of trying to get a refund or a replacement pen. It doesn’t even have the PS peptide pen on the side of the pen like the one in the picture that I purchased. so far I have sent three emails and have gotten no response.

Bac water top came off and can't be used. There is no way to draw it out with a syringe.

I have ordered from several other peptide companies, and all of the others were great. This one was awful - for me anyway. My order didn’t ship for a week, although the website indicates they ship within 1-2 days. When I received my order, it was in a thin bubble mailer. Three Glass vials, of injectables, loose in a thin bubble mailer. So naturally one came busted. I contacted them and they did send another of the busted vial. By this time however, I was already leery. I finally was able to reconstitute another vial (Glutathione), and when I did, It was rancid. It looked like milk even after adding more than enough bac water to dissolve, and it smelled like pure sulfur. I decided not to contact the company because at this point I had already reached out enough about the other issues, and figured a refund was not likely… I also obviously didn’t want them to ship another vial I wouldn’t trust using. So I essentially lost the $200+ I spent, since after all of these things I choose not to proceed with use. BUYER BEWARE.

They sent me the wrong order. I sent email with my order number and I sent a picture of the items I received. They never got back to me to remedy.
