The website was well organized and easy to navigate. My order shipped the same day and I received it the next.

The site says "ships within 2 days" but it's quite deceiving. After you pay for the order this company has to wait for your order to be shipped TO THEM then its shipped to you within 2 days. 6 days after I paid my order hadn't shipped. They give you an email as the only contact & they respond within 24 hours. I requested to cancel the order 24 hours later they ask why. I answered then 24 hours later they say, would a 20% refund be satisfactory? I respond NO. Another 24 hours later they inform me that my order just shipped so I'm no longer eligible for a refund according to their policy.

Made the switch to PS from a different brand and totally noticed the difference! Fast shipping, great customer service, quality products, informative. Will recommend.

Everything went fine, now that the shipment arrived undamaged, better packaging helped, so thanks, I’ll leave it at that
