Excellent place to shop! I inadvertently ordered the wrong size and Proud Patriots made it right for me with NO hassle, plus they let me keep the "wrong" item! I ordered other items for gifts and they are top-notch quality!! Support this company!!

My MAGA Bear order was lost in the mail. Tiffany from your Customer Service Department was outstanding with whom to work. She replaced the missing order, and even agreed to ship it on a specifici date so that I would be home when it arrived. Tiffany was friendly, cooperative, and very professional. I am sure I will be ordering other items from Proud Patriots in the future.

Truthly I almost forgot that I ordered $100 worth of pens and when I remembered I contacted Proud Patriots and their response was awesome and might I add the order was placed 5 Months ago and expected to ship in May…which I knew. I also ordered the $10 tumblers which were more readily available and a very nice product. Good job PP and thank you for quick response! Common Sense!!

Great!!! I had a missing part of my order and when I reached out to them they responded and i received my missing items in less than 2 weeks.
