Michelle did a great job with my questions and she gave me options for the solution. I appreciate the time she gave me to explain how your billing works with new installs. I would recommend that your system be real time and not have to play catch up on the next month with the refund on previous property. It was a shock to see a $203 charge when I was only expecting a $58.95 charge.
