We started off kinda on the wrong foot but all in all they We're more than fair they came out several times & called Me after each visit to be sure I was happy with The service & with the company.. This was my first Experience with an alarm system & I couldn't be Happier..

The customer service and the installation technician was all great. I am just still trying to get used to the new system after moving. I wish I could dim the panel lighting more than it does.

The tech showed up on time and installed the system quickly. It is performing great and is exactly what we were looking for. The main issue I had is the lack of communication and not living up to what was agreed on the original sales call. Components and pricing were agreed on, but the tech knew nothing about the extra equipment we had requested or the prices we agreed on. He just brought the standard package. It felt like a bait and switch, which was upsetting. Great alarm, but be cautious of the sales people.

Customer service and customer rep did just fine. However your app for IoS devices does not work properly. Also I had requested for a yard sign. I never received it..

Love Protection One! I even added another household! Installment technicians are very well mannered and knowledgeable. The only criticism I may have is the response time when an alarm is tripped. Most times it is spot on with an immediate check in call to make sure everything is alright and if it was just a false alarm. Other times a call doesn't come in for 5 to 10 minutes after the alarm. This is a training issue for the people in the call center.
