From my initial call, to the Sales Consultant, Installation Technician, and Customer Service Rep, everyone has been very professional and customer oriented. Received updates during the entire process leading up to the installation process. Tech was on time and very friendly. Installation was quick and they walked through the full functionality. Years ago I hard wired an alarm system into my house. The only problems with the old system was the horn had died, and living in San Jose I wanted the system monitored. Every other company that I have called wanted to put in a completely new system. New window and door switches and my old ones still worked except in our solar room. As my house has 7 entrances I want alarmed and 6 windows any new system was going to be expensive. By using an interface with my old system the only new equipment needed was the interface, control panel, and a motion detector in the solar room. The installer was very professional and gave me options where we wanted the control box put. We are satisfied with the way the system works and Protection 1 response to our problems.
