We have had 4 calls from Protection 1 since we moved from 1045 Triple Crown drive in Ft Worth. We have had 1 call per month just receiving the last call yesterday on our old house, my new address is 3700 Queenswood Ct Ft Worth, Tx 76244. I paid for coverage on both house fir 6 Months on the triple crown house & 6 months on the Queenswood house, today spoke with Abdy an his supervisor Mike; found out there is a refund on our Triple crown house at $141.61 an I don't owe any monies to protection 1, I did receive a bill fir a monthly service, I really hope I do not get any more calls on the Triple Crown home, & I have coverage on my new home. That is why I question the service I'm getting from Protection 1. Just wondering ???

You people didn't handle this properly with the first two months billing. Set me up on autopsy and then didn't collect sales tax or the first two months as is your policy. The sales rep never made this clear to me. Then you never sent me any kind of bill addressing this. Acted like it was my fault I was in arrears. You came pretty close to losing me as a customer from the get go. And then I had to ask for the $50 referral kickback instead of it being followed through on automatically. Not a good way to treat your customers.

Did not follow up and install smoke alarm as promised. Had contact from Michael a couple of times and then he didn't call with final info. It's a long time but I will change to another company when my contract expires. I liked your service and after 7 years as a customer renewed in my new home. Now I have no smoke alarm. I regret not calling ADT who already had the house wired.
