I really appreciated the technical support I received when setting up the equipment. They made it really easy. This is the first time having a security system. After 5 mos of service, I am very happy.

The original installation went smooth with no issues. The system had a phantom sensor set. I called and got right through and the phone support person was knowledgeable and set up an appointment for a technician. The technicians arrived on time, were friendly and both the installation and removing the phantom sensor was quick and painless. A company that provides alarms is all about service. I find Protection1 to be efficient with great processes to support their customers.
