Every thing that the rep said was true. What he did not know was the company I was previously connected to.

We were off to a bit of a rough start at first with me working late we had to wait to have the system fully activated. When my wife called to activate NOONE went over with her how to use the system this was a little disapointing. The other issue we had was the motion sensor that takes the images for you you have to constantly do a peek in to see if it is pointed in the right direction I think there should be at least two included with the DIY kit. You have a limit on how many images you can download you will eat up those very quickly geting the sensor set up correctly. It was solved pretty quickly with a call they will up your images with no hassle at all. I can say that now that everything is set up properly the system works as it was intended. I like the fact I can add on other devices to expand it to your needs. In the end Protection1 did everything to make sure the system was working like it should. I am very happy and I would have given 5 stars if they had taken the time to fully explain all of the features to my wife when she activated the system.

The phone salesman said I need wifi for the motion picture to work. But the tech informed me other wise! That is the only complaint I have.

The sales representative was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The system and service is exactly what I wanted. However, the installation did leave somethings to be desired. While the installation team was courteous and respectful, I didn't realize until they departed the mess they left behind in my basement after installing/re-modifying the control box. What was once a neat box attached to a wall with a door that closed is now a disorganized mess with exposed wires connected to a motherboard. They took the box off and left the old pieces scattered on a shelf and floor.
