I like the extra help I received when I was setting up my equipment. I hope you get your policy more straight forward about taking two months out of someone's account when you only said for the first month. That's the only issue I had with your company, because that would of been a big problem, other then that this had been a good experience so far. Thank you for being there!

Our technician called ahead to see if he could come early!!! This never happens while waiting for a service call ...he was very polite, efficient and took time to set up and show us how to use the mobile program! Very impressed.

I work 3rd shift and was always worried when I left my home if anyone would break in my house. It was the most unsettling feeling and now that I have protection I feel 100% safe now when I'm away or at home...Thank you Protection 1!!!!!!

1) The operator, Whitney, was friendly, courteo, and very helpful in transferring the account that my mother had with Protection 1, and transferring the account under me, due to her leaving this life, and transitioning to the next phase of her journey. The operator was able to explain to me what my mother's services were, end that my service was eligible for an upgrade. 2) The technician, Erich, was great at explaining how the new touch pad works and the ease of accessing some of the features that I would be interested in, for my lifestyle, I live in Arizona, we don't open windows or doors during the summer, so, he referred how to bypass a window to the manual that came with the system, he went into more detail on the features I would use. Erich, took the time to ensure I would be able to use the new touch pad features, and where to find them in the tech manual. I would like to thank, Whitney, Rebecca, and Erich, for making this life changing event a little easier to endure.
