Protection 1 is the best security system I ever had. I never have felt so secure and confident that home is without a doubt in good hands. I recommend and brag to everyone how good and pleased with security 1.

I have inadvertently opened a door when the alarm was set or pushed the panic button, your response is quick. Your personnel are courteous , understanding of a mistake made, asking my name and pass word and end the call with "have a pleasant evening/day." Very impressed. When we first signed up, there was some confusion with billing and incentives given. David Kutchen quickly and efficiently resolved everything. How refreshing, in this day and age, to find a company that actually resolves things with no double talk!! Glad our daughter referred your company to us.

I have had several different systems over the years. Protection 1 by far has been the most helpful than any of their competitors. I really appreciate the cencerity of their agents, they are very courteous and professional. When calling in for help they helped me with my problem or concern very timely. Ok really appreciate them for all of their dedication for helping me get my moms system just like we wanted it to be. Thank You!!

They are some friendly people they help me out with anything that I need and take the time to explain to me what's going on and they let me know like if any thing going on at my house or like if I make a mistake and hit the wrong button on my alarm system.

We like Protection One because of the ease at which we can set our alarm. By the key fob, or the digit alarm keypad. It is a very secure program. Every time I go to my daughters home and she has ADT, I set off the alarm because the keypad is very small, hard to read. It is not an interacting key pad. My son-n-law gets the call from ADT and he has to tell ADT that's its his crazy mother-n-law that can't work a keypad. I tell him "I don't have a problem with mine". Thank you. Vickie

We had a little problem at first, with the wireless but it was fixed in a timely manner. We are quite happy with the service.
