Priceless. Havnt really had the need to en gage as yet

Protection 1 gave me peace of mind, knowing that my aging grandparents (states away) were being "watched over" and were safe particularly in case of burglary, fire, and any other unforeseen emergency. I can remote monitor what I most appreciate in my life, my family. Thank you, Protection 1!

Accidentally armed my house "away", and my kids were still home. The alarm went off, and the police were at the house in like 3min. Protection 1 called me, through speaker to make sure all was well.

I can count with the fingers of one hand the few companies that treat their customers with courtesy and respect. Protection 1 is at the top of this list. My only concern is wait time. Getting put on hold (if heaven forbid) a true emergency were to arise, it would NOT be comforting.
