GREAT NOTIFICATION ON ARM AND UNARMED TIMES AWAY AND HOME.

David Kersting oversaw the entire process to get our system converted from ADT! We were able to update and upgrade and buy only what we needed. Dave came on the day of the install to check and make sure all was going according to plan. We are very happy with the Protection 1 system and would recommend them for their caring service,

The technician who installed our unit was professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the system to me. The technician who replaced battery yesterday was the same...friendly and professional. Had a couple of questions which he answered and offered a few security suggestions. I really love that they send a picture of your technician in an email prior to his arrival. First rate service!!

My husband and I were always treated with respect when asking numerous questions. Their representatives are always very patient, kind, polite and willing to help out with anything needed. We feel like we matter and LOVE the courteousness of this system management. Other groups make your contract on your location versus the people who live in the house. Therefore, if you move your contract has to start over which makes your life very frustrating. This company is by far the easiest company to work with, they always treat you with respect when talking to you on the phone and bend over backwards to help you out and be there whenever you need to talk to them. I wish we would have used this company years before. GREAT COMPANY!!!

My wife and I did a lot of research before choosing a home security system. Right off the top, we really appreciated how Protection 1 had the price of their plans online. That made it seem like they weren't going to try and pull a fast one on us. When I called, the price online was the same as when I talked to a person to schedule an appointment!! Imagine that. The technician that they sent out was prompt, arriving at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday, much to my delight and disappointment. Haha... I would definitely recommend Protection 1 to my friends and relatives.
