So far so good!! Love all my gadgets on my phone. Being able to work my system remotely is wonderful. Wish I had this system when my daughter was in High School, would've made my life a lot easy

The tech was wonderful. He worked with us to get everything installed correctly. He made sure my entire family understood how to operate everything. He was vet friendly, on time, and has been great with communication. He even called to make sure everything was going good later in the week after install. Definitely recommend Protection1---and especially Terry!!

My installer was great. He explained everything he was going to do for install as well as options. When done with install, he explain how to use the system. Very happy customer here!

I love our alarm company its easy to arm and unarm the only thing i did not like was that i was not told i had to make 2 months payment on my first bill. Other then that I'm pretty happy :)

No pressure sales team, polite, courteous, helpful. Install technician was quick, thorough, and answered all questions. System is great, love it. I would recommend your company to my friends.
