I'm very happy with the ease of our new protection service. Pricing could be better especially for long term customers.

A new client, but so far everything seems to be working well.

Techniction has a service call to correct the problem. Other wise service has been good. Will respond after the sensor is operating as it should.

The service rep was very professional and explained everything in a clear and concise manner! I'd give him a very strong B+.

We moved from and Protection 1 doesn't have install techs in our small town. I worked with then and they set up a new system that we all programed and put together at the factory and shipped to me. The setup and install was very easy and the customer service rep was very helpful. Thanks

I wanted my shop on the same account as the house so I would only have to pay for 1 monitoring fee. It took 4 runs of wire to do that. I had to run the wire to the shop (buried 150') they supplied the wire, I dug the ditch and ran the cables. I now have two partitions, 2 keypads, one in house and second in shop. This was the first job the techs had done with a partitioned panel. After some head scratching they figured it out and it works perfectly. The only improvement I suggest is, bury the cable for your customer! I was willing to pay for that, apparently they don't teach techs how to handle a shovel anymore.
