From the first phone call (CHERE') for equipment, costs, and monitoring questions, I was most impressed. After comparisons were accomplished and the decision was made to proceed with Protection1, the next step was wait for the equipment. Installation was quite thorough and I was very impressed with ALISHA and her patience. She was most helpfull in walking me through all steps of set up and testing. After a few days I called with additional questions regarding i phone and home computer monitoring, passwords etc. MACI directed me to SARA and all questions were answered. Your staff is equal to those I've delt with at USAA. Thank You!

Everything works great, installed quickly and very easy to use all of the equipment. Only dislike I have is i wish the security cameras could come with a hard drive so they can constantly record instead of just when there is movement. But highly recommend everything else
