I've had the equipment installed in my home for just over a month and have been pleased thus far. The technician was prompt and efficient. He was very thorough in answering all my questions, and did not try and rush through to get to his next service installation. I was most appreciative for that. The alarm was accidentally set off once (our mistake), and your staff immediately contacted me through the wall speaker. I was surprised at how quick the response time was. I am definitely sleeping more soundly knowing my house is protected by Protection1. Thank you!
