Protection 1 protects my home with security and smoke / heat detectors. When I do need to call, the phone rings maybe 5-6 times and they answer. I recommend them all the time. I also deal with their central stations daily in my work. As a fire inspector, I call the central station to put systems on test and to confirm signals. I'm always spoken to very pleasantly and with courtesy. Thank you Protection 1 for your professionalism.

I have only had portection 1 for about 3-4 weeks. So far I am very happy with the company. I did have to get an additional key clicker and thought it was a bit expensive, but I needed it for my housekeeper. I am not sure I love getting all the emails about setting and disarming but in the long run I think it is a good feature of the system so that you know what has gone on.

I love the system easy to use. The cell phone is great.

I have used Protection1 in the past, and with my USAA discount, I decided to use them again over ADT. Their sales staff is impressive, as they listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted. They made an appointment, were on time, installed the products we needed (it was a complicated order), and were professional every step of the way.
