The system is very easy to work. We travel from time to time and sleep better when we are away knowing that our neighbors will know immediately if someone tries to enter our home. We had a couple of hiccups getting the installation scheduled, but once that happened everything else has gone very smoothly.

The Sales person and Install tech were friendly and professional. System is working well so far. The Away and Stay buttons on the left side of the pad don't work so we have been using the corresponding # buttons for these commands. Haven't set the alarm off so far! :)

Everything went well except the doorbell camera has never worked. A technician came out 4 days ago and worked on it for about 4 hours and left. We have not heard from anyone since. So the camera or the doorbell does not work, and has not worked in almost a month. as far as the rest of the system is concerned, it works fine and is easy to use.
