I have only had Protection one for 2 months now but it has been a great experience. I can check on my home now whenever and feel confident that it is protected!

Very impressed with everyone I have had contact with so far. We had the system installed less then 2 months ago and had a problem with our motion detector and representative suggested that the motion detector be placed in a better area and we install a glass break in order to eliminate false alarms. He said they would install glass break for free b/c of the inconveniences we had had with the false alarms caused with the motion detector. Very impressed with customer service.

Very pleased. Initial setup was a breeze. The system and components arrived preconfigured. Followed the simple instructions and was up within an hour. One set back was the bad AA batteries that came with the package. Few days later, the motion sensor became faulty, but I was impressed with how quickly Protection1 shipped the replacement. Since then all has being great. I like the online features and the daily email alerts. I feel secure and plan to be a life-long customer:-)

Protection 1 has been easy to work with and has great customer service.

USAA is a military oriented saving institution that endorses products for their customers after a careful evaluation. I decided to go with Protection 1 since USAA endorsed them and Protection 1 has the state of the art technology at a very reasonable price. Protection 1 also has redundant sites so if one site goes down another site can still monitor my house unlike many of the smaller companies. The technicians who work for Protection 1 are in house employees which is an important factor for me since there is a check and balance within the company and the company has means to make quick decisions without the input from a third party.
