The best

New customer
I have only been with Protection 1 for a month and am already happier with them than my previous security company. Love the easy access through smartphone and tablet. No fear of not having enough time to disarm.

quality service
We actually had called another company, and had to leave our number. No callback after 2 days, so we called Protection 1. Got a call back within an hour, and all questions answered. Had system in 2 days. That's service!

My last system was ADT. I was not impressed with the service or the cost of their service. Being a new customer and with my experience with other security providers, I was sort of surprised at the level of service I have received thus far. It has been outstanding Ron Jankunas

Great Service
I have to say I have been in customer service for over 40 years and have never seen such great service. I have had a few issues and had to call in to the 877 number and as promised they answer within a minute and provide great support. In addition our Sales Rep John has been fantastic in answering questions and getting back to me.

happy as can be
We are happy with install and happy with job he did, we are happy with the service and the best part is we are happy of the price, so I guess you could say that we are happy
