The representative and tech was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They answered all of my questions and once the installation was done, they even took all the time I needed to make sure I understood how to work my system before leaving. I felt very confident in all aspects of this system. I would highly recommend Protection 1 to my family and friends.

From my initial call regarding service and products with Chris, whom was very knowledgeable and no pressure on sales.
