ProtectamericaReviews of protectamerica.com

I am truly satisfied with the service and product from Protectamerica. Mr. Miller and his upline were thorough in explaining the product and services. They were also very patient with me in explaining and reexplaining the usage of the product. I would certainly make a repurchase and refer Protectamerica to friends and family.

I have been with protect America for years and I love being with the company. My only challenge with them is the type of equipment that they provide for us for in home monitoring. I get phone false alarms at least twice per year, I get phone calls from them saying my alarm went off when in fact it did not, or my alarm goes off and nothing was out there to trigger the alarm. The cell phone monitoring system is great because I can arm and disarm from my cell phone. Customer service reps are always wonderful to talk to and always helpful.

The time that I have had with the company has been great always had a great relationship with Protect America. Always called to make sure things was going ok if the alarm was triggered. Thank you for a fantastic service.

I am very happy with the service. Over the years I've been able to build a very nice home security system at little to most of the time no cost. I just upgraded to wireless monitoring which was so greatly discounted it was too good of a deal to refuse. After I did upgrade I realized I actually saved money as there are no phone charges for the wireless connection. When the offer was available, Protect America called me to give me the offer, I wasn't trying to negotiate. I am more than happy with the service and cost of this product. I wish all my utility companies were this good. I would and have recommend this company to my friends.

Having had the other "A" security where it cost $99 to have the system installed, I really appreciate Protectamerica. They are much better, open and honest and you don't have yearly increases in your bill that the other company failed to mention. Customer service is world class. I am always blown away by the fantastic people they have working with them. They even speak English without an accent! ( they are in Texas ). The times I've called to tweek my system they were knowledgeable and made it simple enough for this old man to follow. I really like that. Protect America was fast when I had a break in. The call came while I was only 1/2 mile away. I caught the idiot red handed. He now has 7 years free room and board from the State of Oklahoma to learn that you don't mess with Protect America. If you want a simple, good and easy to install system without the high pressure "installer" getting you to buy more sensors you don't really need, then try Protect America. They are the best I've found out there.

*I would tell any one that they need to have you in their home.
