I’ve ordered several shipments from the U.S. to St. Petersburg. What’s convenient about them is that once you place the order, you can just forget about it. Everything is straightforward. There were times when I reached out to their support team—they helped me out. They also have a convenient payment method; you can pay with any credit card, and their shipping rates—especially for packages up to 3 kg—are competitive. In short, I’ve been using them for about 6 years now, and I have no complaints. Package tracking number: 10324301566.

I've been using Prostobox for a long time now. I usually order from iHerb through them, but I've also ordered from various other stores, and everything has always been fine. The rates are quite reasonable, everything arrives quickly, and support works well, though in the couple of years I've used them, I've only had to reach out twice just to clarify a few things. The most important thing for me is the authenticity of the products. You can sometimes find things faster and a little cheaper on our local marketplaces, but there are no guarantees. It would be one thing if it were just clothes, but when you're buying supplements, it's absolutely critical. Here, I get guaranteed original products directly from the US. I highly recommend them to everyone, and I will definitely continue being a regular customer! Tracking number: 10312134860

This was my first time using Prostobox for shipping, since I needed to get a protective case for my Nintendo Switch 2, which isn’t available in stores here yet. I’d never arranged an international shipment on my own before, so I was a little worried about the safety of the package and the process itself. In the end, everything turned out to be easier than I thought. The website’s interface is intuitive; I figured it out quickly without any confusion in my account. The package was registered at the warehouse on the day it arrived. The shipment’s progress was tracked step by step, and the tracking number was updated without delay, so it was easy to monitor the delivery process to Russia. The order arrived at the pickup point completely intact; the box with the case inside the package wasn’t dented. The service rates are quite reasonable—it turned out to be more cost-effective than a couple of other major services I checked before placing the order. For my first experience, everything went great, and I plan to use the service again in the future. The shipment was sent via SDEK: 10315929252

I am a professional shopper who has been placing orders from iHerb.com for over 10 years. Recently, I’ve been using prostobox.com for my orders. Why them? First of all, their shipping rates are reasonable compared to other companies, and the website and data-entry process are user-friendly. I’ve also been impressed with their customer support—they are always available and quick to respond. There haven't been any issues with the actual delivery; the only downside is when a package arrives at the warehouse and sits there for a week before being shipped out, but overall, the delivery times are quite acceptable—usually around three weeks from the time of the order. It's been years since I first started using Prostobox to mail-forward shipments that aren't eligible for direct delivery. Now, many successful deliveries later, I’m ready to say "Chapeau!" to the team. While many users highlight the company's numerous advantages, I would specifically like to praise their master packers! They are one-of-a-kind gurus ))) And that's not all. I recently had a bad experience with a retail giant when a courier marked my order as delivered despite never actually dropping it off (I will abstain from trying to guess my headphones real fate). The Prostobox team provided me with visual proof of non-delivery, allowing me to successfully get a full refund. Afterward, they shared some valuable tips to ensure delivery-proof ordering at online stores. Just a few weeks later, my parcel (tracking No. 10218434261) with so long-awaited AirPods was waiting for me at my post office. Thank you, guys!

I used this delivery service for the first time. It turned out to be fast and inexpensive. My friend sent my birthday gift to their warehouse, and from there it was delivered to my address. Although the tracking on the website stalled at a US airport, CDEK quickly took over the order and I was able to track it on their platform instead. There was a small hiccup on my part – I entered the tracking code from the American service incorrectly, which resulted in two parcels being registered instead of one. However, the support team resolved the issue very quickly and responded promptly. It arrived in about 12 days. So, I recommend it. Track number 10299595060

Excellent delivery. The track number of my parcel is LV107679069UZ. We ordered a pair of Everlast boxers. In general, I liked everything from sending to separating the parcel, the only drawback is the speed of delivery using the Economom method, but this depends on the Russian Post, and they can sometimes mess up (
