Knowledgeable, responsive, Professional
The team at Pro Sound Gear helped me with a question I had regarding some sond system connections. Even though I am in Canada and they are based in the United States, (Miami) they responded quickly and efficiently. Through WhatsApp, which was very convenient, they provided the information I needed within minutes. I found them on Facebook, they appeared very professional, so I decided to contact them directly. I received a response almost immediately and they solved my issue without any complications. Five stars. If I could give more, I would. La gente de Pro Sound Gear me ayudó con una duda que tenía respecto a unas conexiones. A pesar de que estoy en Canadá y ellos están en Estados Unidos, respondieron de manera muy rápida y eficiente. A través de WhatsApp, lo cual fue muy conveniente, me dieron la información que necesitaba en cuestión de minutos. Los encontré en Facebook, me parecieron muy profesionales y decidí escribirles directamente. Recibí respuesta casi de inmediato y resolvieron mi problema sin complicaciones. Cinco estrellas; si hubiera más, también se las daría.
