I love the product and it will be hard for any stylist to get me to switch up. First time my aging hair gets what it needs, especially the curl cream. The only issue I have is with the subscription program and having to monitor my next shipment. Notifications of the upcoming subscription order would go a long way for me. I may not need product. Or, I may need more of something else and a notification would give me an opportunity to take inventory and go from there.

I'm so happy with my Prose! My hair has never felt softer, and while my scalp issues aren't completely gone right now, they're really improved. I use the shampoo, conditioner and scalp mask. Definitely recommend!

The hair products have done well for me, very customizable =), and i like how they are always trying to add new scents. The only thing i dont like is how rigid they are about subscriptions.

The product is great! I don’t need to order as frequently as you insist and have to cancel out so as not to have too much stock at home. Please extend your order timing.

The products are excellent. My hair is not as dry, my skin looks better. But I do not like the subscription format; even though I've delayed orders to every 12 weeks(and can extend that) would still prefer to reorder when I actually need.

I like the shampoo, conditioner, and curl cream products that are specific to my hair needs. I wish it was a little less expensive.

I like the products for the most part, but my scalp feels dry. I didn't see an option for dryness or itchiness on the survey.

The products are excellent! As a former hairdresser, I can attest that these products are right up there with or exceed what can be purchased in a salon. The only issue I have is that the subscription comes too often, and it is difficult to delay it long enough. I need the supplements monthly, but the products last about 6 months, and that isn’t an option. I end up having to cancel my subscription and start again when I get close to running out.
