I have been using Prose for about s year now. My results are fantastic! My skin care has resulted in smoother skin, less breakouts, and fine lines almost gone (especially on chest). Love my cleanser, cream and serum! My hair is softer, manageable, and products are easy to use. Love my shampoo, cream rinse, hair mask, leave in conditioner, and curl cream. Read reviews about extreme hair loss. Not true - yes curly hair not brushed daily you only run fingers thru it so when you actually wash every 2-3 days you are going to have normal hair come out. This is normal people lose hair daily it is a fact of life. I had an issue with my serum a couple months in - bad smell and cloudy product. Contacted head office they worked with me and fixed it. This winter will be the true test - I believe it may be the product is freezing in shipment to me… updated serum may help I will know in a couple months. Shipped to Canada in winter - it is cold up here ☺️ may need a better container or wrapped product within box to help save from cold. Subscription…sometimes it takes a while to figure out when to renew each product and you get an overload of product. Eventually you can figure out how much you use. I wish they offered a 6 week option instead of skipping from 4 to 8… could use a 6 week renewal. Ensure you change 2 weeks before your renewal date not shipping date! Administration needs time to process changes. This is also normal in all business practices. Thanks Prose I will continue my subscriptions.

My hair was fuzzy and I saw this ad to take a test, so I took a test for my hair and they came up with a product for me so I thought I will try this and I tried it and my hair is gorgeous. I have gotten so many compliments on it. It looks beautiful. All the products are wonderful. I love it. I recommend it to everybody that compliments my hair

I purchased the shampoo, conditioner, curl-defining cream, and deep-conditioning treatment as part of a special offer in November 2025. I kept the subscription for the shampoo for nearly a year; it lasted a long time because I have dry hair and only wash it once a week. It’s remarkable how well these products hydrated my hair. I’ve had a lot of gray hair since I was young, and by age 40, it was about a 50-50 mix, which made my hair a bit unruly. The Prose products made my hair soft, whether I wanted to style it into waves or straighten it. My hair looks nourished and hydrated, with significantly less frizz. The fragrance I chose (Corsica) is delightful—I could use these products for the rest of my life! Unfortunately, they are a bit pricey for my budget, so after my last purchase in August, I canceled my subscription. If they offer another promotion in November, I might buy them again.
