I like the hair products I’ve gotten. I had some problems with the moisturizer as it was making me break out. I sent that information back to your scientist “” and he told me it was my diet or hormones or whatever which did not make me happy.

I like the product. I don't like not getting reminders another shipment is on the way and not being able to extend the shipment date, or have more options for delivery timelines. I wash my hair once a week at most, and have several bottles of product from previous shipments.

I really like your product and that it's concentrated so a little goes far. I will see if it continues to work well. The scent is something I asked to change to another on already.

I really enjoy the products I purchase at Prose. My hair is healthier now than it has been in years. The customer service is friendly, responsive and helpful which I appreciate. Only downside for me is the shipping company you employ. They leave my purchases in the lobby of my building, on magazine racks and even outside the building once. It’s frustrating to deal with but that is my only complaint with purchasing your products. I continue to order despite the delivery service experiences but if it continues I may need to find an alternative.

I really like this product, my hair is really soft. I did lose some body but I like that I can go in and change my product anytime.

I love that I can get custom made products made just for me. I’ve been using the skin care and shampoo and conditioner for a while now and love it. I just need to figure out how to get certain products at different times instead of the full package because I go through them in different timing and have an excess of some items.

Easy to place and/or delay an order.

I really love the products, both for hair and skin! The only reason my Prose experience loses a star is because of the subscription length - I don't need deliveries so often. I wish I could increase the amount of time between orders. In addition, it is very difficult to figure when to correctly adjust my product (say, remove the hair mask from an order). I can't figure out when to do it because if I try and remove the mask to early and hit order, then I get my product even sooner! If I adjust my product I just want it to save, I don't want to have to figure out the correct day to log in to remove the hair mask.
