Happy to report a great interaction with Prose. I rec'd an email that my first full shipment (after free introductory) was being processed today. I sent Prose an email explaining I hadn't yet begun use of products as I'd been in Ireland. Was dreading the problems posters here had. But, I rec'd a response w/in an hour from Sabine, advising she'd cancelled my processing order so the shipment was now 11/14. She also gave me tips on making pause or cancel adjustments if I later needed that. Very satisfied with their customer service!

The shampoo conditioner and leave in conditioner are perfect for my thinning hair. After chemo my hair never grew back properly but now it’s actually thicker and I can put it in a usable ponytail. I love it.

My hair feels better and is noticeably softer. My only suggestion would be to make the process of pausing/putting on hold or skipping a delivery simple (not so many steps - should be straight forward).
