I love everything about this product
I love everything about this product - how clean it makes my hair feel without stripping out the hair coloring. The conditioner doesn't make my hair feel weighed down. The scalp mask helps with periodically makes my scalp less itchy. It smells great! A little pricey but I have very thin hair so I don't need much each time I use it.

Products are exceptional
Products are exceptional. The shampoo and conditioner have calmed my hair down and made it softer and more manageable. The skin products are amazing and people are already noticing the difference in my skin. It feels so good on my face.

Great

Wonderful products, but annoying service.
I understand from a business standpoint why prose is a subscription service, and Prose gives a large amount of product for the money you pay. I don't use my products NEARLY quickly enough to go through them in the time window, even using them daily. I wish Prose had one-time buy options. Making the pause function require a timeframe rather than just letting you pause until you need another refill seems like Prose is banking on people forgetting about their subs, similar to streaming services, gym memberships, etc. I enjoy Prose as an idea, but the business execution could use a lot of QOL improvement IMO.

A little notice would be nice.
The products have been great. I feel like they've improved the overall health of my hair. I do wish I was notified BEFORE products were shipped so I'd have a chance to delay the order when I don't need the products right away.
