I love the products but y'all really, REALLY need to confirm before a subscription ships - or allow us to FULLY PAUSE, not just pick another date. I shaved my head on 1/1/26 and have enough shampoo and conditioner for two lifetimes. Every other subscription confirms the next order before it processes. It's hard not to see this as a blatant cash grab.

I do love my hair products & I do need to replenish my hair supplements every month but I have not yet used even half of my first shampoo, conditioner & curl cream & another shipment came. I'm not a wasteful person, these products are expensive & I will use all of what I already have before I start the new batch. In my first survey I believe that I stated that I wouldn't need any new products until the first of the New Year. With this new batch I'm sure I'm covered until March/April. If we can't get on a schedule that works for me I will have to cancel my Prose subscription.

I love the product! I haven’t had a healthy scalp in over a decade until I tried Prose so I will never give it up. However, the automatic shipments are too close together and there is no notice to delay. I quickly ended up with a cabinet full of product. I am aware the subscription can be edited on the website but it’s up to the user to remember before the next shipment. It’s inflexible and pricier compared to every other subscription service I use so when I get the email thanking me for my order it puts a damper on my excitement about the great product. It feels like they’re counting on subscribers to forget.

I received the wrong leave in conditioner. I have been using the leave in conditioner and it is in a pump, I like a thicker formula but when I reordered it I received a spray version and it’s not thick enough for my hair.
