There is nothing wrong with the products themselves. I love the products, although the scent could be improved. Other than that, I am satisfied with their quality. However, I was very disappointed when I received my order. Both products were open, and the conditioner was missing. I believe the items were poorly packaged before being shipped. The vitamins were also already open when I received them. I hope you can improve your packaging to ensure that products arrive safely, properly sealed, and complete. I love your products, but I was disappointed with the condition of my order upon arrival.

I keep having to cancel. You keep sending me things I DID NOT ORDER. STOP PLEASE

The lip liner does not go on as well as I had expected. Very disappointed.

My shipment was lost. I contacted prose on day 3 of no tracking update and was told to wait an entire week before anything would be done. I still haven’t received my order and as far as I can tell My subscription was paused WITHOUT my consent.

I bought the full bundle expecting to have have an awesome experience! Unfortunately, it dried my hair out, took all the curl I did have to flat dull bed head. I reached out and tried to return for refund since they used to give a try for free thing; they said if it’d been open no return or refund. Money wasted! I threw it away.

Product is not good, way too expensive and the customer service is bad! They have a million step cancellation process and don’t remind people of upcoming orders. They charged my card and I emailed customer service RIGHT AWAY asking for them to cancel it, they said no. Will have to return it for a refund.

I switched to this product to help my hair grow. I wish I never would have tried it. I have used it for 3 months and my hair is coming out in clumps. Stopped immediately and cancel subscription. I had just received my next shipment and wish I could send it back.
