Property Minder offers IDX websites, complete with CRM, drip campaigns, neighborhood alerts & more. It's user friendly & if you need help, their support team is awesome! Training is available by phone, and there are also ongoing webinars. The possibilities of what you can do with your Property Minder website is unlimited. I highly recommend & give them 5 Stars!

Propertyminder offers the best real estate website I've ever used to date. My site is easy to use by the consumer, easy to learn for the agent on how to control on the back-end, and offers so many tools for Agents to track their clients activities to improve lead cultivation. PropertyMinder was recently recommended to me by an excellent real estate coach in Northern California and I couldn't be happier with results I've experienced since choosing them to host my site. The sales staff was absolutely the best at explaining the products they offer and discussing the best products that would best fit my needs (thanks Antonio) and the 30-day free trial was a perfect to test whether this was the right product for me. The tech support team has been super responsive and incredibly helpful with all aspects of getting my site up and running and will actually do a lot of work for me to customize my site as I'd like - saving me an incredible amount of time and hassle to do this myself. Bottom line is that I have an incredibly productive website that has full IDX, CRM and other capabilities I could never create on my own and that I believe is superior to what their competitors offer. I also found their pricing for the products they offer is significantly less than a number of other companies that offer similar services for real estate agents. Without reservation I would recommend PropertyMinder and would advise any agent thinking of creating a valuable website to look into PropertyMinder as their real estate website provider. With no charge or commitment during the 30-day trial period there's certainly nothing to lose.

With out these guys at Property Minders my job as a Real Estate agent tough with everything in regards to technical to the internet. It has already brought me four sales in a short time period. The company is only a phone call away if you need help (Thanks Kenny King) they go out of there way to help train you and that some times takes a lot of patience on there end. I looked hi and low to find the best marketing company for my marketing CRM, IDX, and easy to use and my clients love coming to my website been of a little more then 4 months and have had over 7,200 hits on my site.
