I have requested someone to contact me for months!!!
I have been a client for 15 years and a semina at our office I was told they are lowering the mointhly/ yearly rate. My other colleagues got their credit /reduction and I have not. I have called and requested many times a sales rep to call me and have not heard back yet! This is not a good way to treat a loyal customer for 15 years!!! Shahla Khani

Shahla- What are you talking about? Your bill was lowered in December 2015 to the discounted annual rate because you are with Coldwell Banker. You should check your bank statement and reconsider your review
