I have been a client for 15 years and a semina at our office I was told they are lowering the mointhly/ yearly rate. My other colleagues got their credit /reduction and I have not. I have called and requested many times a sales rep to call me and have not heard back yet! This is not a good way to treat a loyal customer for 15 years!!! Shahla Khani

Shahla- What are you talking about? Your bill was lowered in December 2015 to the discounted annual rate because you are with Coldwell Banker. You should check your bank statement and reconsider your review

Hello Phyllis- When you have a moment, please login to your toolkit and click on Custom Files Management. The reason your website is loading slow is because you are using 382% more storage space that the rest of our clients. The photo size you are using is extremely large. This is why your website loads really slow. I recommend having us resize those images for your banner to speed up the load time. Please call us at your earliest convenience. Ask for Tawd, and I will personally take care of you.

I have used property minder for 10+ years. It is an easy to use website for agent and client. It is a good contact management and Mail out system in addition to a link for buyers to search the MLS. I have turned countless leads into closed sales because of how easy this system is and that leads can get listings, price changes, and back on the market listings fast. I strongly recommend property minder to real estate agents.

I have property minder website for many years, maybe 6? It helps my business a lot. It is not so simple to use, I admit, there are so many options that somethings I get lost in there trying to find things, BUT they have an awesome costume service and support that helps you through it. I created bullets, personalized it and I love it. It was the best investment I made in my business. My clients also like it. They keep informed on new listing without being bother by an agent. I highly recommend it!
