Training time with the faciltator is too short.
30 minute sessions to get set up is inadequate. At least one hour should be allotted!

Bill- Next time you schedule a training, let the trainer know you need more time. They are training about 15 agents per day. If they have an open hour they will add you, just tell them Tawd said it was okay. Welcome aboard. We look forward to working with you. Also, we have live weekly webinars that you can always attend. They last about 90 minutes and are quite thurough. Cheers, sir.

my homepage hasn't worked like it should for almost a year, but the staff are excellent
staff is amazing and easy to talk to. they are a huge help. the layout of my home page, however, has not been working properly for almost a year. i know the staff isn't at fault.

Price meets value
Layout is sometimes a little clunky but overall a good value for the price

Resolving Problems
I really like the services this website has to offer! However, sometimes it is a little difficult to get in touch w/someone. But when they respond, they are very helpful, and get the issue resolved. I have recommended this website company to others, and will continue to recommend it.
