My first online order from Proper Cloth was great, but the pants didn't quite fit, the cut was too big through the leg. It wasn't until I went into the store that I actually understood what size and cut worked for me. The team there walked me through a few different styles, and I found one that fit perfectly, something I never would have landed on ordering blind. I'm lucky enough to have a store in my neighborhood, but even if I didn't, I'd make the trip. Getting fitted in person made that much of a difference.

This is a stand-up company. I have called or written several times with questions, and someone (an actual person) always gets back. I have purchased two shirts and a pair of pants so far, and I can't wait to order more. The quality is superb.

You get Italian textile quality. It’s like an Eton or Stenstroms in M2M. When possible I will stop by shop for suits. I’m from EU and GCC based. Sending my shirt in for measurement was well worth it.

They will work with you until the fit is exactly right. It’s a great price to quality experience. These are as close to a custom fit shirt as I have come. I have more expensive shirts; which, were true custom cut shirts; however, the price is three times what I paid with proper cloth. Proper cloth gives a very good quality and they have some higher end names like Thomas Mason if you want to upgrade the experience. I strongly recommend them and I’m very pleased with the service and the end product. Their timeframe is also very good. You’re not waiting months for a finish product..
