This company has better customer care than any I've experienced. Quick to help with orders and respond to requests. Probably the only place I will buy shirts and jackets from now on. You know exactly what you are getting and can tweak future orders as needed. Manufacture and shipping times have also improved significantly. Received my orders within 2 weeks.

I just bought 9 dress shirts from Proper Cloth. Started with one to confirm sizing after I lost 40+ pounds in 18 months. That shirt fit but I made two sizing tweaks to make it perfect fit, then ordered 8 more shirts in new size. Great shirts. Fit perfectly. Beautiful colors with comfortable fabrics.

The staff got my measurements perfectly and the fit is slim and very flattering. Very happy with my suit!

I have been using proper cloth for a number of years now, once you got M2M its hard to go back. Prices are reasonable for what you are getting and customer service is excellent.

Website is easy to use but the real attraction is the beautiful fabric and array of customizations. Make it as classic or as tuned as you want. Any way you choose - you won’t beat the quality

Wow. All these reviews about amazing customer service. Not my experience at all. Product sent via DHL, but required signature, which was not relayed during my shopping experience. Since it delivers middle of the day in my area it went undelivered for 5 days with no notices from the company or DHL. When I finally realized this I dug into the DHL delivery options only to find that Proper Cloth had actually restricted that option on the shipment. Product sat on hold for > 3 days with no response from Proper Cloth customer service on a request to lift that restriction. I then informed Proper Cloth that I would file a claim with my credit card company if they didn’t help. Did this 3 times, finally gave them a deadline. No response. Filed the claim, it was refunded *immediately* by the credit card company.

The options for custom fit are incredible. If you have any issues at all they will remake the shirt to new measurements at no cost. Wonderful to work with.
