The fabric choices and colors are awesome. So many to choose from and that is just the beginning. You get to totally customize your shirt. Collar styles and sizes. Button colors. French or double buttons on the cuffs. Even the cut can be customized. I have an awkward body shape and can never get a good fit off the rack. Having a custom made shirt (though a bit pricier than an off the rack shirt) is really the only way to go. Plus, I made a mistake in one of my measurements and when I got my first shirt, they made a recommendation for a new size, took the bad shirt back and gave me a new shirt no questions asked and no additional charge was added.

For all of us that don't fit the Department store shape, this is you way of looking good at a good price.

Proper cloth is an excellent experience right from the beginning. I sent them one of my tailored shirts to start and they did a perfect job of replicating the cut and fit from there. Since then I've lost some weight and it's been easy to adjust the sizing down in the specific areas where my body has shrunk without throwing off the whole cut. Fabric selection, construction options are very good and the customer service is remarkable. They have turned me into a very loyal customer and they are my first choice for both smart and casual shirting.

Crazy responsive service - with a human!

Love working with Proper Cloth because the fabrics they use are very high quality and styling/sizing options allow me to fine-tune everything with each garment. Customer Service, whether in-person or online is tremendously helpful. And best of all, if I am ever not satisfied, I know they will always remake anything I'm not 100% happy with. This is the best shopping experience I've had in many, many years.
