Always solid options and service. The product is something that, once you dial in your fit, is a rinse-and-repeat option with quick shipping/delivery.

Being able to get multiple fittings/shirts to make sure it worked well was critical as the risky part of making to order is that it could be off, but because it's custom it's usually not returnable. The fabrics are exactly as advertised which is nice -plenty of detail on the website. Looking forward to getting some pants made.

Extremely good customer service. The professionalism is apparent. I think the prices are fair for what this is. An equivalent tailor would sometimes charge twice as much for pants, and suits of equal value.

sizes run smaller that normal and then the solutions they offer is for you to send pictures just to tell you what you already know. I have many other pants of same size and they all fit well, and these =of same size are way tight. that is all. their answer: find a way to make them wider...duh!
