This is my third MTM shirt with Proper Cloth, and it will not be the last. I love love LOVE how easy it is to adjust things exactly how I want, and what I arrive is always just as described. I also love how easy they’ve made the remake process is, if it comes to that. No back-and-forth emails proving you aren’t lying.

Proper Cloth is my favourite clothing company to work with. Their deliveries are always quick, often much faster than quoted. The measurements and quality are always good, and they’re always cut to the size quoted. If there are any challenges around my style or fit, they’re incredibly responsive and able to do an exchange or remake something. This has allowed me to get to a size that I’m really happy with. I just know that if I order from them, I’ll be happy with it. I could not recommend them more.

I now prefer to have all my M2M shirts from Proper Cloth. Why? First of all, the range in available fabrics is very wide, but more importantly, the details, descriptions and reviews on each individual fabric help me make an educated choice. I don't get that at a M2M parlour. In addition to that, I can also order fabric samples and compare them at home. Next, I feel safe that if the garment doesn't fit well, Proper Cloth will take care of it for me: giving fit advice and sending me an improved garment based on the feedback. I feel confident that in the end I will have something that fits perfectly. Again, most M2M parlours in my city don't even offer refits or refunds. Finally, Proper Cloth ships worldwide quite fast. I highly recommend this store and look forward to future purchases.
