Proper cloth used to make custom one off shirts - the customer chooses fabric and buttons. Recently they’ve started replacing the studs on the tuxedo shirts with cheap plastic non matching studs. At first they’d send replacement buttons. Now they just say that the product has changed. Yet they still offer button choice on the site. Davan the customer service manager was super unhelpful, saying basically if you don’t like it don’t be a customer. Seems like cost saving has killed another quality experience. Steer clear.

My measurements are on file thru their Try-At-Home program so all of the guesswork has been removed when ordering (and being 6'6" this is incredibly helpful.)
