Mike Wolf from Proper Insurance treated us very well! He is highly efficient and very clear in his communication. His rates for our rental property were by far the best for insurance in the Naples area. Thanks Mike for the best service we could have asked for!

Tammy and the team at Proper made my claims process so easy. They were thoughtful and fair. They honored my policy when they could have easily made an argument against covering my loss. As an owner of many properties, I have never had a claim run smoother than this one. Thanks, Tammy!

TL;DR: We consider Proper Insurance and our contact, Mike Wolf to be a key element of our STR brain trust, and would recommend them confidently to anyone seeking high end coverage for their STR investment. Starting on our first short term rental project was daunting to put it lightly. So many variables to consider, so many cautionary tales swirling in our heads leaving concerns about protecting what we’d worked so hard for, and no idea who best to trust. We feel so fortunate and grateful to have connected with Mike Wolf at Proper Insurance. He has become a rare source of great service in a modern world that feels like it has abandoned those values. Over our first year as owners, Mike’s competent counsel related to the important protections for our rental endeavor has been a reliable source for peace of mind. If you're in the market for asset protection that’s tailored specifically to cover you and your short term rental investment, I expect you’ll be thrilled with the features, benefits and most of all customer service from Mike and Proper Insurance.

On my very first property - I had to file a claim within a month. Through all the stress and confusion, Proper was helpful and responsive to my questions. Matthew did a great job of keeping me informed as things progressed. Will definitely be continuing with Proper for the long term!

We're first-time rental insurance customers and weren't sure what to expect as we began reviewing companies and insurance options. Lucky for us, we found Proper and Sam Carlisle. It was easy, fast, and effective. Thank you!
