We had a tree fall on our home during a storm in March 2026. Proper Insurance became involved immediately to help us with our situation. Thank you. Our contact at Proper Insurance was Ms. Cali Sawinski, Claims Specialist. She was the best Representative we have ever had, when it came to dealing with an Insurance Company. Ms. Sawinski was excellent throughout our communications on the phone and /or by email. That was Customer Service at its Best! Cali was incredibly helpful getting a bedbug claim settled and paid out immediately. The guest discovered bedbugs on Saturday, I notified Proper that night, had pest control out to resolve it Monday, and payment was initiated Wednesday. Will keep my business with them!
