I can’t recommend this organisation enough, 10/10, 5 stars, absolutely amazing! I’m in Australia and I fell in love with a specific Rachel Allan formal dress. I’d contacted many boutiques in the US and unfortunately, had no luck in finding it. I contacted Sarah* at the end of August about ordering a formal dress for an event in December. Sarah came back to me a few days later with a detailed email, confirming the dress was in stock and checking my measurements. We exchanged about 15 emails between that date and time until I received the dress, and I have to say I’ve never received better customer service. Sarah stayed in contact constantly, replying to all my emails by the following day (due to time change). Sarah kept me informed with every single update she received regarding the location of my dress and provided detailed estimates of how long each step of the process would be (from them ordering it into the store all the way to it shipping from the US). The package was delivered early October, which for something (with quite bulky packaging too!) shipping from the US to Australia was incredibly fast! The dress itself is stunning, and was wrapped and packaged with a great deal of care, subsequently arriving in absolute perfect condition! Sarah continued to respond to several emails after I received the dress and was just so kind and generous! I truly mean it when I say I’ve never received better customer service. I would absolutely buy from this boutique again and I’m very grateful for their help in ensuring I had the perfect dress for a very special occasion! I can't say enough good things about them. My daughter got on the homecoming court and we had 3 weeks to get her an outfit. She is particular but Prom Headquarters had just what she wanted. They worked to get me the outfit within a week and a half so we had time to alter if need be. The seamstress there recommended a different sz than what I was going to order and boy am I glad i listened. The outfit was great quality and it fit perfect so no alterations needed. These guys are fast and know thier stuff. I highly recommend!

The dress was a designer dress new with tags as shown in the photo. It arrived in excellent condition and fit true to the sizing chart. The wait time was also short. I would definitely buy again.

Great customer service and communication through the whole process of ordering online. I was texting with them and they would respond in a timely manner. Excellent experience.
