PromdressshopReviews of promdressshop.com

Excellent customer service. We received the dress on date promised, it came in correct dress, correct color, correct size and not damaged! Excellent first time experience!

My daughter found a dress that she fell in love with but we couldn't find it anywhere except this website. I immediately placed the order. After I had ordered it, I saw many negative reviews and was really worried about receiving the dress on time and as pictured. I was so thankful when the dress came a month early and was in perfect condition! We couldn't be happier!!

Policies were clear and understandable. I called to verify the procedures for possible returns and was treated very professionally. We received our item and it work wonderfully. We will utilize the website again and recommend it to friends.

I ordered a MoriLee prom dress! Great price and its a breath taking ballgown! Shipping was fast too! They just didn't have my size which makes sense because it was a sale dress. But its so beautiful I don't mind having to get it altered! I cant wait to wear it to prom! I wish I had more proms to go to so I could order another dress from them. Thank you so much! I would recommend them to anyone, and I'm a harsh critic.

I was very pleased with the service. I received the dress in excellent condition and it arrived even before it was expected to arrive. They said I would get it before my event date and I did, so I now can make whatever alterations I need to make.

Great place to do business

Dress was too long but basically fitted well. The time frame my dress arrived was exactly how they said it would very fast and reliable service. Would recommend to everyone and will be ordering another dress next year.
