I had to exchange a dress for a different size. Very easy to work with and speedy response.

I was able to chat with someone to help me figure out if I would be able to receive my dress in time before placing my order. Ordering was very easy, I knew exactly when my order would ship and when I would receive it. Would definitely order from promdressshop again.

The dress was delivered on time it was quick and easy ordering. I even had to return the dress because my daughter decided against it. I would rather they not charge a 15% restocking fee but that is the cost of doing business at least I could return it. Thank you.

I ordered a dress one evening from Prom Dress shop that I was told already ordered from manufacturer to be sent to their store. I called back the next morning to cancel order. I was told they would cancel it but I would be charged 15% of my $350.00 dress. Keep in mind Prom Dress Shop had done nothing at this point they had not even received the dress, or put it in their inventory. I spoke to the customer service manager Jill who was rude and uncooperative. She was clearly more concerned about making 15% of an order then doing what was right. At this point all she had to do was cancel my order as they had not even receive the dress from Sherri Hill. I explained to her I completely understand paying a 15% restocking fee if they mail me the dress and they actually have to restock the dress when I send it back. But I did not understand why they could not just cancel my dress since they had not even received it yet. I would NEVER buy a dress from this company. All they want is your money and provide terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

Dress is beautiful, but was mistagged. Tag on outside of dress said 10, while the tags inside the skirt said 8. Promdress.com gave a $50 credit to keep the dress and make it work since no other size 10 was available. Thinking the credit should’ve been more....about half the cost of the dress since it wasn’t going to be able to be sold again (mismatched sizes).

The dress was cheaper than anywhere I had compared it too, so I was a little skeptical. However the dress came in quite quickly and was in mint condition and packaged to assure that the beading of the dress stayed in great shape. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend shopping here.

I ordered my daughters prom dress on a Wednesday afternoon and the dress arrived 2 days later. Dress was in perfect condition and size we ordered.

Dress is beautiful just as it looks on the site shipped when said and hoping quality it just as great
